Though details haven’t been finalized yet, it appears that the Calgary Flames and Boston Bruins will be the two teams playing in preseason games in China this September if everything goes according to plan.
Calgary vs Boston is being discussed for a two game series in China. The league and NHLPA as @PierreVLeBrun points out are working on it. https://t.co/YuSbqGCpsr

The Vancouver Canucks and Los Angeles Kings appeared in the first NHL exhibition games ever held in China to start this season, playing one game in Shanghai and Beijing. The league has extra incentive to grow the game overseas, given that Beijing will host the 2022 Winter Olympics.
