Is it really the holiday season if Starbucks doesn’t launch its series of holiday beverages? This year, we saw the release of numerous tasty sips, including the return of fan-favourites like its Cran-merry Orange Refresher, Peppermint Mocha, Sugar Cookie Oat Latte, Iced Sugar Cookie Cream Matcha Latte, and more.

Additionally, starting Dec. 2, customers will be able to get their hands on the Chestnut Praline and Eggnog Latte.

Fans of Biscoff, listen up. This year, Tim Hortons dropped a host of Biscoff-flavoured beverages and treats, just in time for the holiday season across Canada.

Among the offerings is the Biscoff Boston Cream doughnut, a revamp on the classic, which has been dipped in Biscoff spread and topped with crumbled Biscoff cookies. As if that wasn’t enough, the Canadian coffee chain has also dropped a Biscoff-Filled Croissant, stuffed with Biscoff spread and crumbled cookies.

As for the beverage side of things, Tim Hortons is serving a Biscoff Latte and Biscoff Iced Capp, in addition to other non-Biscoff treats like Crème BrÝlÊe Filled Timbits, Chocolate Hazelnut Filled Muffins, Brown Sugar Protein Iced Lattes, and Brown Sugar Cream Coffee, to name a few.

McDonald’s

Eggs Benny are considered by many as a favourite holiday brunch item, and McDonald’s has launched its Benny-inspired breakfast lineup. This includes a Benny-style breakfast sandwich (available on an English muffin or bagel) and the Benny-Style Bacon ‘N Egg Wrap  (which includes egg, a crispy hash brown, cheese, creamy hollandaise-style sauce, lettuce, and tomato all wrapped up in a flour tortilla).

Additionally, the fast-food giant has also launched the Triple Pickle McCrispy (served with pickly dill crisps, Creamy Dill Pickle Sauce, and classic pickles), a Chicken and Ranch Poutine, and a series of Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough McCafe beverages.

Plus, the brand is teasing the return of its Grinch Meal.

In addition to the return of its Festive Chicken Sandwich (seasoned chicken fillet with KFC’s Original Recipe Stuffing, creamy mayo, and cranberry sauce) and Festive Chicken Wrap, KFC has entered the beverage game with what it’s calling the Festive Fizz.

“A fizzy cranberry twist for the holidays! Served alongside a cup of 7Up, drop, fizz and watch your drink turn into a refreshing holiday sip with KFC’s new Festive Fizz,” wrote KFC.

Not exactly a holiday-themed fast-food drop per se, but A&W has brought back its Mushroom Mozzarella Mama and Uncle Burgers, which feature cremini mushrooms, mozzarella cheese, grilled onions, and grainy Dijon aioli.

Plus, its Brew Bar locations are also serving a Cinnamon Brown Sugar hot and iced latte.

Wendy’s

Wendy’s has recently added the Bull’s-Eye BBQ Cheeseburger to its menus across Canada, which is topped with applewood smoked bacon, crispy onions, mayo, cheese, and a sweet and smoky barbecue sauce on a freshly toasted brioche bun.
