Elwood & The Rabbit officially opened its doors in Bridgeland on January 28, and you can bet it should be on your must-try list.

Located at 24, 4th Street NE in the restored historic de Waal building (established in 1910) this eatery will be serving up local bounty and “head to tail” butchery in dishes such as Rabbit Liver Parfait, Cured Steelhead Trout, Crispy Lamb Belly, and a Dry Aged Cheeseburger to name a few.
Named after the famous feral rabbits in Bridgeland, Elwood & The Rabbit is open daily for dinner at 5 pm and for weekend brunch on Saturdays and Sundays from 9 am to 2 pm.
Expect brunch offerings like Savory Pancakes and Jowl Eggs Benedict, along with impressive wine and cocktail lists.
