Edmontonians just up to a chilly surprise this morning, as parts of the city were hit with an unseasonable snowfall.

Seeing as the first official day of summer is June 20, this snowfall comes less than one month until (what’s supposed to be) the sunniest and warmest season of the year.

Edmonton: Hey NHL, come here and enjoy our beautiful city in the summer! I bet you’ll be amazed at how different it feels than in January.
