Brand-new cafe has just opened its doors at one of Calgary's CTrain stations
A Calgary CTrain station has just got a cozy new spot to grab a coffee or snack while on the move.
Dobré Café has just opened its doors at Westbrook Station, where it will be serving everything from espresso-based sips, tea, and smoothies to pastries and sandwiches, whether Calgarians are on the go or looking for a space to sit and enjoy.
The spot, found at the southeast corner of the station, has been brought to life by Marius Dobré. The owner also worked with a local coffee roaster to create custom espresso and coffee blends for guests to try.
The opening of Dobré Café is the latest move as part of the City of Calgary’s plans to make the city’s CTrain stations more welcoming and convenient. In 2024, the City released an Expression of Interest opportunity for the previously vacant retail space, with Dobré Café being selected for the project.
We’re sure the new addition is a welcome one for commuters and locals alike.
