A new 5,500 sq. ft. Canadian furniture store is coming to Calgary

A new furniture store is moving into downtown Calgary, bringing its expanding line of products right to the heart of the city.
The North American furniture brand, Cozey, has just announced the opening of its third retail store in Canada. The company already has locations in Toronto and Vancouver, and has chosen Calgary as its next market due to strong sales in the region.

“We’re very excited to be on the ground in Calgary,” said Cozey’s CEO & founder, FrĂ©dĂ©ric AubĂ©, in a release. “This market sees our third-highest volume of Canadian sales after Toronto and Vancouver, so it was a natural next destination.”
The store, located at 919 17th Ave. SW in the Beltline neighbourhood, spans 5,500 sq. ft. and will feature the brand’s expanding line of modular furniture, including its signature sofas.
The Calgary location will also feature Cozey’s first-ever Bedroom Collection, allowing Calgarians to be some of the first to see new products in a physical showroom setting.

“Growing our physical retail presence is a big priority as we know how valuable it is for our customers, existing and potential, to see our products in real life in order to better visualize the endless possibilities available for their homes,” AubĂ© continued.Â
The store is scheduled to open on Feb. 18, 2026, marking the company’s third permanent Canadian showroom and its first location in Alberta. The company says additional openings, both pop-ups and permanent, are planned across Canada and the U.S. in the coming months.Â
