'Copper Branch' reveals plans for 50 new Canadian locations

Montreal-based and founded Copper Branch is a plant-based fast-casual chain that has big expansion plans for the next few years.
Known for its hearty, 100% vegan eats like burritos, bowls, and burgers, the Canadian franchisee-run company already operates locations in Alberta, Ontario, and Quebec, as well as one location in Florida.

Now, the Canadian-founded company has announced plans to open 50 new locations over the next decade thanks to a partnership with Compass Group Canada, the country’s leading foodservice provider.
This exclusive national partnership is “aimed at improving the availability of plant-based options in healthcare and post-secondary settings in Canada.”

Five of these openings are slated to happen within the next year, including Copper Branch’s first-ever Vancouver outpostĀ and several spots located in the GTA and near Montreal.
