Calgary’s very own Cococo Chocolaterie Bernard Callebaut will be on-site with a live truffle-making demonstration and an adorable pop-up chocolate shop just in time for the holidays.

You can sign up to make your very own chocolate-themed terrarium or a chocolate caramel apple, and you can check out their physically distanced outdoor s’more station while holiday tunes play throughout the fire pits.

Attendees will also have the opportunity to take part in a free truffle-making class sponsored by Cococo, or try their luck at Primal Eats’ Guess the Ingredients Challenge for their secret chocolate creation.

The Granary Road vendors will have all sorts of other chocolate treats and gifts that you can purchase for chocolate lovers in your life for the holiday season.
