Calgarians won’t find a better deal when it comes to attending a sporting event than what the Cavalry FC are offering up.

The Cavalry, who play at ATCO Field in Spruce Meadows, are one of eight teams in the Canadian Premier League (CPL). Just 10 days ago, they hosted Thomas Mueller and the Vancouver Whitecaps in a game that ended in a 1-1 draw with a crowd of over 6,000.

Those sized crowds could become the standard for the rest of the season now thanks to an amazing new deal.

The Cavalry, along with all other seven teams in the CPL, are offering a two-for-one ticket deal for eligible matches for the remainder of the season. Deemed the “Your +1, On Us,” this deal allows fans to purchase one ticket and receive a second ticket for free.

This incredible deal comes at a time when soccer is the number one topic of the nation following the 2026 World Cup.

“Soccer has captured the attention of Canadians in a remarkable way this summer,” said CPL commissioner James Johnson. “The opportunity now is to turn that excitement into lasting support for the game here at home.”

The CPL does clarify that this is a limited-time offer, put together with the intention of creating lasting support for the sport by making it easy and inclusive for everybody to attend.

Giving even more reason for fans to head to ATCO Field and watch some games is that the Cavalry are having an incredible season.

The Cavalry have a record of eight wins, three draws, and just one loss through 12 matches for 27 points. That is second in the CPL standings, trailing only Forge FC Hamilton, who sit with 31 points.

The Cavalry are on the road this evening to take on Vancouver FC, but will be returning to ATCO Field on Tuesday to face Supra Du Québec. Those looking to purchase tickets can do so here.
