The celebratory meal is a perfect balance of sweet and savoury. The traditional turkey blends juicy and tender flavours with a tart cranberry sauce, and to top it all off, carbs, carbs, and more carbs.
The Embarcadero will be offering a three-course dinner menu on Sunday, October 7 and Monday, October 8.
Guests will have their choice of a butternut squash soup or mixed greens with roasted beets, followed by a roasted Winter’s free-range turkey with traditional sides, and either pumpkin pie or apple rum raisin bread pudding to finish the meal.
The experience will cost $32 per person for all three courses or $24 for the turkey and sides only.

The Carriage House Inn will be offering a three-course meal for visitors on October 7 and 8.
The dinner includes the choice of a salad or butternut squash soup, roast turkey, Alberta prime rib, or honey-glazed ham, and a white chocolate pumpkin mousse cake to finish the meal.
Seatings are at 4:15, 4:30, 6:30, and 6:45 pm and will cost $40 for adults and $20 for kids.

The Glenmore Inn will be looking to impress this year with a tantalizing menu.
Traditional offerings like prime rib and roast turkey are paired with Brussel sprouts with a bacon and cheese sauce; a pumpkin, ginger, and leek soup; chilled crab clusters; smoked salmon; and sushi, to name just a few items.
There will be three seatings on Sunday, October 7 at 4, 4:30, and 6:30 pm and will cost $29.95 for an adult.

Hotel Blackfoot will be offering a brunch and dinner on Sunday, October 7, as well as a dinner on Monday, October 8.
Main courses of the dinner include carved prime rib, roast pork tenderloin, herb roast turkey, and leg of lamb, all paired with traditional sides, smaller bites, and their pastry chef’s assortment of desserts.
Dinner will cost $40 per person and brunch will cost $35, with cheaper prices for seniors, youth, and children.

The Selkirk Grille will be hosting a three-course dinner on Sunday, October 7.
The meal includes endive and artisan greens, maple roasted turkey served with double-smoked bacon and sage stuffing, whipped Yukon gold potatoes, and traditional harvest vegetables, and a pumpkin cheesecake to finish the meal.
The cost for the evening is $42 per person.

The Wainwright Hotel will be offering a Thanksgiving dinner over the entirety of the long weekend.
A modestly-priced three-course meal includes maple-roasted butternut squash soup, oven roasted turkey with cranberry and sage stuffing and traditional sides, as well as pumpkin pie with chantilly cream.
The dinners take place from Saturday, October 6 to Monday, October 8 and will cost $25.95 for the three-course meal and $18.95 for the entree.

The Post Hotel & Spa in Lake Louise will once again be offering its tradition of serving a Thanksgiving turkey dinner on Sunday, October 7.
No Thanksgiving dinner would be complete without wine, and the Post Hotel’s wine cellar is one of the most extensive in North America.
