Calgary’s skies will be seeing an odd medley of weather this week, starting with periods of snow all throughout Wednesday.
The chill that is expected for Tuesday night will also linger throughout the day on January 23, according to this week’s forecast from Environment Canada, though Thursday is expected to both warm up and clear up with an average high of 0°C and sunny skies.

Friday will be much of the same, though a massive temperature shift will come in the form of Saturday, when Calgarians can expect to see highs of 13°C and a 40% chance of showers.
Just as quickly as the double-digit temperature comes will it be gone, however, as Sunday and Monday will drop down to 6°C and 3°C respectively.
Excluding the chance of showers on Saturday, this weekend appears to be bright and clear for Calgarians, so be sure to get out there and enjoy it before the winter weather (and freezing temperatures) makes its way back to YYC.
