The growing success of the tech industry is partially thanks to remote working trends, which helped employers expand their workforce geographically and demographically. Remote work is the tech industry standard, with 46% of tech talent across all industries working from home.
The report found that remote and hybrid work benefit tech employers, even suggesting companies cut back on office space spending in their annual cost analysis.
