We’ve got just two more weekends of summer, and Septembers in Calgary can be anything from sunny skies to snow on the ground.

This next weekend is looking to be the former, with sunshine and temperatures reaching up to 28°C, according to The Weather Network — meaning that the next few days should not be wasted.

Friday afternoon marks what very well might be the warmest we’ll see for months to come, with the aforementioned high of 28°C and clear skies.

The weather cools down a bit come Saturday, with a high of 21°C and a mix of sun and clouds. Sunday follows suit with that same sky-high recipe, though the high will be just 19°C.

There’s not a drop of rain (or snow) in sight for the next three days, though, so be sure to make the most of the dry, relatively warm weekend before a real Calgary fall hits in full force.

The last day of summer 2020 lands on Tuesday, September 22.
