Calgary Police Service go above and beyond with random act of kindness

The Calgary Police Service has been under some scrutiny as of late, with incidents during the Calgary Stampede and issues over non-transparency, but this week they were given a big thank you for their kindness.

Police were notified about a bike that was stolen out of an owners backyard and then given a tip that the same bike might be on Kijiji for sale. CPS dispatched a few officers to check out the bike but unfortunately had to tell the family it wasn’t the same bike.

What they did next was a beautiful random act of kindness. The officers bought the bike for the family and delivered it to their home.

It’s not all bad news out there. Thank you CPS.
