Thanks to the warm weather that’s on its way to Calgary you’ll finally be able to leave that parka at home and show off your true style.

Sure, you could head to the mall and pick up some designer finds to expand your spring wardrobe… or you could grab some vintage threads for a steal at one of Calgary’s many vintage markets.

New to the scene this year is the Vintage Redefined Market, an event being held from Friday, May 24 to Saturday, May 25 at the Acadia Recreation Complex.

“This ain’t your typical tea time at grandma’s house,” the event’s Facebook description reads. “We have an exciting venue filled with treasures sure to delight and excite men and women alike!”

The market will be held throughout a 25,000 sq ft space and will feature clothes from a wide variety of Calgarians vendors, with everything from old-school clothing to antique furniture.

Attendance to the market will cost $10 at the door, and those who purchase early bird tickets online will be able to get in an hour before most attendees.

Friday ticket holders will also get into Saturday for free, just in case you need to go back to grab the jacket that you were on the fence about.
