These are the five most expensive neighbourhoods in Calgary right now

A September real estate report just revealed the most expensive neighbourhoods in Calgary, and one of them has a median sold price of over $2 million.Â
The digital real estate platform Wahi released its monthly housing report showing which five Calgary neighbourhoods with at least five sales had the highest and lowest median sold prices in September 2026.
Here are the five most expensive neighbourhoods in Calgary with at least five sales as of September 2026:
- Elbow Park, with a median sold price of $2,386,500
- Altadore, with a median sold price of $1,320,000
- Aspen Woods, with a median sold price of $1,252,000
- Hamptons, with a median sold price of $1,085,000
- Lake Bonavista, with a median sold price of $944,000
Elbow Park took the top spot with a median sold price of $2,386,500. Last month, Elbow Park also led the pack; however, its median sold price was slightly lower, sitting at $2,125,000.Â

Wahi also revealed the least expensive neighbourhoods in Calgary, with each having median sold prices under $290,000.Â
Here are the five least expensive neighbourhoods in Calgary with at least five sales as of September 2026:Â
- Oakridge, with a median sold price of $230,000
- Cliff Bungalow, with a median sold price of $240,000
- Beltline, with a median sold price of $260,000
- Skyview Ranch, with a median sold price of $260,000
- Belvedere, with a median sold price of $286,500
Oakridge took home the title of the cheapest neighbourhood, with the median sold price sitting at $230,000, over $2 million cheaper than the most expensive neighbourhood.Â
Prices are slightly down from August 2026, when Haysboro was the cheapest neighbourhood with a median sold price of $260,000.
