5 of the most expensive neighbourhoods in Calgary right now

A May real estate report just revealed the five most expensive neighbourhoods in Calgary, and they all have median sold prices over $1 million.
The digital real estate platform Wahi released its monthly housing report showing which five neighbourhoods with at least five sales had the highest and lowest median sold prices in May 2026.
Here are the five most expensive neighbourhoods in Calgary as of May 2026:
- Elbow Park, with a median sold price of $2,970,000
- Upper Mount Royal, with a median sold price of $2,510,000
- Kelvin Grove, with a median sold price of $1,385,200
- Springbank Hill, with a median sold price of $1,229,630
- Altadore, with a median sold price of $1,217,450
Elbow Park led the way with a median sold price of $2,970,000, rising from its second-place spot last month. Upper Mount Royal dropped from first place last month when it had a median sold price of a whopping $3,865,000.
On the other hand, Wahi also revealed the least expensive neighbourhoods in Calgary, with each having a median sold price of $300,000 or less.

Here are the five least expensive neighbourhoods in Calgary as of May 2026:
- Skyview Ranch, with a median sold price of $265,000
- Lincoln Park, with a median sold price of $268,500
- Crescent Heights, with a median sold price of $270,000
- Mission, with a median sold price of $270,500
- Country Hills Village, with a median sold price of $300,000
The lowest median price is up from last month, when Country Hills Village had the lowest median sold price at $240,000.
