These six Calgary neighbourhoods are the most in-demand right now

If you’re on the hunt for a home in Calgary, a new real estate report just revealed that some neighbourhoods are seeing homes sell in under two weeks.
Digital real estate platform Wahi just released its March 2026 report on the fastest and slowest-selling neighbourhoods in the city with at least five sales.
Here are the six fastest-selling neighbourhoods in Calgary as of March 2026:
- Cougar Ridge, with an average of 12 days on the market
- Garrison Woods, with an average of 15 days on the market
- Bridlewood, with an average of 15 days on the market
- Sundance, with an average of 16 days on the market
- Riverbend, with an average of 16 days on the market
- Beddington Heights, with an average of 16 days on the market
Cougar Ridge took the top spot with homes selling in under two weeks. Last month, Glendale came in first place with homes averaging just nine days on the market.
Garrison Woods has the highest median sold price on the list at $812,500. Bridlewood had the lowest median sold price at $527,500.

On the other hand, Wahi also revealed the slowest-selling neighbourhoods in Calgary, with some neighbourhoods taking over two months to sell homes.
Here are the six slowest-selling neighbourhoods in Calgary as of March 2026:
- Carrington, with an average of 72 days on the market
- Downtown East Village, with an average of 67 days on the market
- Downtown Commercial Core, with an average of 59 days on the market
- Silverado, with an average of 59 days on the market
- Livingston, with an average of 56 days on the market
- Midnapore, with an average of 56 days on the market
Carrington came in first place with homes taking over 70 days to sell. Last month, Eau Claire took the top spot with homes taking 93 days to sell.
