
It’s been a warm start to September in Calgary, but the forecast hints at a significant weather change on the way for our city soon.
According to Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC), the seven-day forecast is showing a serious cooldown as we hit the weekend, going from daytime highs in the mid-20s to more usual territory for this time of year.
A string of days filled with showers and rain is also on tap, with a drenched weekend and start to the upcoming work week in the forecast.

ECCC added that the maximum high temperature for this time of year stands at 18°C, while the minimum low temperature is 4°C.
With the cooler temperatures moving in and the official start of fall approaching, it’s getting us excited for all the things to do in our city.
