
If you’ve been looking forward to warm weather here in Calgary, you’re in luck. The forecast for the city is set to finally warm up.
According to Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC), warm weather is on the way after the snowfall we saw last week.
Tuesday is set to be the coldest day of the week, with daytime temperatures reaching just 11°C, a chance of showers, and a fall to a chilly -3°C overnight.
Things start to pick up on Wednesday, with the high reaching 14°C and seeing an overnight low of just zero. Thursday brings the first day of real heat, with daytime temperatures reaching a sunny 20°C before falling to 5°C overnight.
Friday is set to see the same temperature with a daytime high of 20°C and an overnight low of 5°C. Saturday is a bit chillier, with the daytime high reaching 15°C and the overnight low falling to 4°C.
Sunday brings the hottest day so far, with temperatures reaching a scorching 23°C, before dropping to 4°C overnight. Monday follows suit with the daytime high set to reach 23°C.

According to ECCC, the average high for this time of year in Calgary is 14°C, and the average low is 1°C.
