These 5 Calgary neighbourhoods are the most in-demand right now

If you’re shopping for a home in Calgary, you might want to move quickly. A new real estate report just revealed the fastest-selling neighbourhoods in the city, and some are flying off the market in less than four weeks.
The digital real estate platform Wahi just released its December 2025 report on the fastest and slowest-selling neighbourhoods with at least five sales.
Here were the five fastest-selling neighbourhoods in Calgary as of December 2025:
- Deer Run, with an average of 14 days on the market
- Glenbrook, with an average of 25 days on the market
- Ogden, with an average of 26 days on the market
- Dalhousie, with an average of 27 days on the market
- Mount Pleasant, with an average of 30 days on the market
Deer Run took the top spot on the list, with homes being taken off the market in just two weeks. Last month, Scenic Acres was the fastest-selling neighbourhood in the city with homes on the market for an average of 14 days.
Glenbrook was the most expensive neighbourhood on the list, with a median sold price of $721,000, and Dalhousie was the cheapest, with a median sold price of $595,000.
Wahi also revealed the slowest-selling neighbourhoods in the city, with some homes taking months to sell.

Here were the five slowest-selling neighbourhoods in Calgary as of December 2025:
- Bankview, with an average of 128 days on the market
- Montgomery, with an average of 101 days on the market
- Legacy, with an average of 84 days on the market
- Marlborough, with an average of 82 days on the market
- Eau Claire, with an average of 81 days on the market
Bankview took the top spot, with homes taking just over four months to sell. Eau Claire was the only neighbourhood to return to the list this month; however, last month it took the top spot with homes averaging 134 days on the market.
Montgomery was the most expensive neighbourhood on the list with a median sold price of $843,500. Marlborough Park was the cheapest spot with a median sold price of $378,750.
