These are the 10 most expensive neighbourhoods in Calgary

A December real estate report just revealed the most expensive neighbourhoods in Calgary, and two of them have median sold prices over $1 million.

The digital real estate platform Wahi released its monthly report showing what 10 neighbourhoods in Calgary had the highest and lowest median sold prices in December.

Here are the 10 most expensive neighbourhoods in Calgary as of December 2025:

  1. Currie Barracks, with a median sold price of $1,550,000
  2. Hounsfield Heights-Briar Hill, with a median sold price of $1,080,000
  3. Inglewood, with a median sold price of $900,000
  4. Lake Bonavista, with a median sold price of $900,000
  5. Winston Heights/Mountview, with a median sold price of $894,600
  6. Richmond, with a median sold price of $889,000
  7. Banff Trail, with a median sold price of $875,000
  8. Montgomery, with a median sold price of $843,500
  9. Springbank Hill, with a median sold price of $838,000
  10. Altadore, with a median sold price of $791,000

Currie Barracks took the top spot with a median sold price of $1,550,000, much higher than the previous month’s leader, Discovery Ridge, which had a median sold price of $1,189,000 in November 2025. 

Last month, Lake Bonavista came in tenth place with a median sold price of $832,500, and has since risen to fourth place with a median sold price of $900,000.

On the other hand, Wahi also revealed Calgary’s least expensive neighbourhoods, with each coming in under a median sold price of under $350,000.

Here are the 10 least expensive neighbourhoods in Calgary as of December 2025:

  1. Lower Mount Royal, with a median sold price of $221,000
  2. Windsor Park, with a median sold price of $225,000
  3. Skyview Ranch, with a median sold price of $290,000
  4. Braeside, with a median sold price of $306,000
  5. Downtown East Village, with a median sold price of $312,000
  6. Beltline, with a median sold price of $312,500
  7. Belvedere, with a median sold price of $329,900
  8. Downtown Commercial Core, with a median sold price of $330,000
  9. Huntington Hills, with a median sold price of $339,000
  10. Chinatown, with a median sold price of $343,900

Lower Mount Royal took the top spot with a median sold price of $221,000. Last month, the neighbourhood found itself in third place with a median sold price of $299,000.

Haysboro was the least expensive neighbourhood last month, with a median sold price of $275,000, a $54,000 increase from this month’s cheapest neighbourhood, Lower Mount Royal, which had a median sold price of $221,000.
