These 10 Calgary neighbourhoods are the priciest to buy a home in

An October real estate report just came out, revealing the 10 most expensive neighbourhoods in Calgary, and four of them have a median sold price of over $1 million.
The digital real estate platform Wahi released its October real estate report, showing both the most costly and cheapest neighbourhoods in Calgary right now.
Here are the 10 most expensive neighbourhoods in Calgary as of October:
- Elbow Park, with a median sold price of $2,385,000
- Altadore, with a median sold price of $1,280,000
- Springbank Hill, with a median sold price of $1,085,000
- West Hillhurst, with a median sold price of $1,025,000
- North Glenmore Park, with a median sold price of $980,000
- Parkdale, with a median sold price of $940,000
- Valley Ridge, with a median sold price of $933,750
- Discovery Ridge, with a median sold price of $889,300
- Richmond, with a median sold price of $870,000
- Aspen Woods, with a median sold price of $870,000
Elbow Park took the top of the list for the second time in a row; however, its median sold price was $2,950,000 back in September. Altadore climbed the rankings. It was in third place in September, with a median sold price of $1,199,500.
Wahi also highlighted the least expensive neighbourhoods in Calgary, with seven of them having median sold prices under $300,000.
Here are the 10 least expensive neighbourhoods in Calgary as of October:
- Bankview, with a median sold price of $185,000
- Windsor Park, with a median sold price of $223,000
- Country Hills Village, with a median sold price of $271,250
- Skyview Ranch, with a median sold price of $273,875
- Glenbrook, with a median sold price of $274,500
- Highland Park, with a median sold price of $286,500
- Downtown Commercial Core, with a median sold price of $287,500
- Chinatown, with a median sold price of $300,000
- Downtown East Village, with a median sold price of $310,000
- Belvedere, with a median sold price of $330,000
In September, Windsor Park took the top spot with a median sold price of $222,500. Bankview was also on the list in September, in third place with a median sold price $261,250, quite a large increase compared to October.
