These are the 5 most expensive neighbourhoods in Calgary right now

A March real estate report just revealed the five most expensive neighbourhoods in Calgary, and they all have median prices over $1 million.

The digital real estate platform Wahi released its monthly housing report showing which five neighbourhoods with at least five sales had the highest and lowest median sold prices in March 2026.

Here are the five most expensive neighbourhoods in Calgary as of March 2026:

  1. Altadore, with a median sold price of $1,172,444
  2. Richmond, with a median sold price of $1,098,750
  3. Aspen Woods, with a median sold price of $1,094,000
  4. Discovery Ridge, with a median sold price of $1,078,000
  5. Hamptons, with a median sold price of $1,044,000

Altadore took the top spot, rising from its second-place ranking in February when it had a median sold price of $1,300,000. Median prices are down since February, when Elbow Park took the first spot on the list with a median sold price of $2,275,000.

Out of the top five most expensive neighbourhoods, Aspen Woods had homes flying off the market the quickest, with homes spending an average of just 23 days on the market. 

On the other end of the spectrum, Wahi also revealed the least expensive neighbourhoods in Calgary, with each having a median sold price under $305,000.

Here are the five least expensive neighbourhoods in Calgary as of March 2026:

  1. Sunalta, with a median sold price of $237,500
  2. Windsor Park, with a median sold price of $241,950
  3. Sunnyside, with a median sold price of $260,000
  4. Skyview Ranch, with a median sold price of $277,000
  5. Beltline, with a median sold price of $304,000

Sunalta reigned as the least expensive neighbourhood for the second month in a row. However, in February, it had a median sold price of $215,000.
