Employers in Calgary are getting some serious recognition, as 18 local companies made Forbes’ list of Canada’s Best Employers for 2026.
In partnership with Statisca, Forbes looked at survey responses from more than 37,000 Canada-based employees working for businesses with at least 500 workers in Canada.
The survey included questions about compensation packages, work flexibility, training opportunities, leadership programs, and whether employees would recommend their employers. The ranking is out of 300 companies in total.
Out of the 18 Calgary companies on this list, only five managed to crack the top 100, with Bethany Care Society leading the way in spot number 36. The Calgary Stampede and Exhibition was the next Calgary employer on the list, coming in 55th place.
