Emirates is expanding and launching recruitment events across major Canadian cities this winter. Not only is this an opportunity to embark on an exciting new career, but the airline also offers some crazy good perks.
In case plane facts aren’t your forte, you might be interested to learn that Emirates is the world’s largest international airline. It has the biggest fleet of Airbus A380s and Boeing 777s, and serves a global network through its Canadian gateways in Toronto and Montreal.

If you decide to join the team, you’re in good company. Emirates already employs nearly 200 Canadian cabin crew members and over 100 Canadian pilots, and it plans to expand through these upcoming recruitment events.

To be considered for Emirates cabin crew, you should have the following:
- Fluent in written and spoken English (additional languages are a plus).
- A natural team player with a personality that shines.
- At least 160 cm tall and able to reach 212 cm high.
- Able to meet the UAE’s employment visa requirements.
- At least 21 years old.
Relevant experience required:
- At least one year of hospitality or customer service experience.
- A minimum of high school (Grade 12) education.
- No visible tattoos while in the Emirates cabin crew uniform.
The Emirates Calgary hiring event is also free to attend! While walk-ins are accepted at Open Day events, it’s recommended that you pre-register to streamline the application process.
