Calgary to Banff: New bus service to start June 17 for only $10 (MAP)

The time has finally come!

On-It Regional Transit‘s bus service from Calgary to Banff is launching this weekend, on Saturday, June 17.

The organization’s newest pilot program will run all summer long on weekends and holidays from June 17 to September 4, with one way fare costing you an affordable $10.

For the Calgary/Banff service, there are two routes:

  1. Calgary / Banff Express running between Calgary’s Crowfoot LRT station and Banff
  2. Calgary / Banff Regional with additional stops in Okotoks, South Calgary at Somerset-Bridlewood LRT station, Cochrane and Canmore.

Tickets can be purchased online and e-tickets may be downloaded to a smartphone or printed and scanned on the bus.

If you’re heading to the mountains this summer you’ll want to get on this deal soon as seats are limited and expected to sell quickly.
