Calgarians showed their city some serious affection for #LoveYYC Day (PHOTOS)

This past Saturday was a big day for the City of Calgary, as the annual LoveYYC Day was back in action.
LoveYYC Day dates back to 2015, making this the third year that the heart-shaped balloons have taken to Calgary’s streets.

“#LoveYCCDay is an opportunity for Calgarians to share our community spirit, try something new and find another reason to love our city,” said Jeff Hessel, the senior vice president of marketing with Tourism Calgary, in a release.
Residents across the city were treated to Saturday-only deals including (but definitely not limited to) free delivery from Inglewood Florist, 50% off admissions to Canada’s Sports Hall of Fame, and 30% off fat-tire and hybrid rentals from Nomad Mobile Gear Rental.
