CF Chinook and CF Market Mall to cut hours due to pandemic starting March 16

Two of the largest shopping malls in Calgary have cut back their hours significantly in response to growing health concerns over the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic, and the falling volume of shoppers due to the practice of social distancing.

Cadillac Fairview’s Chinook Centre and Market Mall will be adjusting their hours starting Monday, March 16.

CF Chinook Centre will be open Monday to Sunday from 11 am to 7 pm, and CF Market Mall Monday to Saturday from 11 am to 7 pm and Sunday from 11 am to 6 pm.

The new hours will remain in place for two weeks, after which Cadillac Fairview says it will “re-evaluate.”
