Calgary's new Asian Food Centre to celebrate grand opening August 21

Calgary’s new Asian Food Centre is celebrating its official grand opening later this week, and it’s got some awesome surprises for its first few hundred customers.

The Ontario-based Indian grocery store chain quietly opened a few weeks ago, but on Friday, August 21, the new Calgary location will be welcoming customers in to celebrate for real.

Folks who head to the 2110 5850 88 Avenue NE store (at the Savanna Bazaar shopping centre) on August 21 at noon can look forward to receiving freebies if their timing is right.

According to the Savannah Bazaar, the first 100 guests will receive pressure cookers, the second 100 will receive karahi pans, and the third 100 will receive milk pans.

So there you have it. If this is of interest to you, be sure to mark your calendar, plan accordingly, and safely make your way to this new grocery store come Friday.
