In a recent post to the store’s Facebook page, the store announced that it had “made the difficult decision” to offer the business for sale, adding that it was being offered at $499,000.
“Every ending marks the beginning of something new, and while this chapter is coming to a close for us, we look forward to seeing someone else continue the story we’ve been so proud to write,” the post added.
The store itself is located in a 3,300-square-foot historic building that is zoned for commercial/residential, and over $500,000 in retail inventory is included, as well as retail fixtures.
