Amber Alert update: 5-year-old Calgary girl still missing, family releases statements
Family members of Taliyah Leigh Marsman are reaching out to the community after an Alberta-wide Amber Alert was issued for 5-year-old early Tuesday morning.

Police found the girl’s mother, 34-year-old Sara Baillie, dead in their Panorama Hills home with no signs of Taliyah.
Baillie’s family members and Taliyah’s father have made individual statements pleading for the safe return of the little girl.
In a written statement obtained by Calgary Sun, 36-year-old Colin Marsman, Taliyah’s father, and Sara Baillie’s estranged husband, thanked those who are searching for Taliyah and said “It’s never too late to do the right thing.”
