Liberal incumbent Amarjeet Sohi loses seat in Edmonton Mill Woods

Liberal candidate Amarjeet Sohi has lost his seat in Edmonton Mill Woods to Conservative Tim Uppal.

Sohi was one of two Liberals to win in Edmonton, and was appointed Minister of Infrastructure and Communities in Justin Trudeau’s 2015 cabinet.

According to Elections Canada’s latest results, Sohi has received 2,060 voted, trailing Uppal’s 3,833 votes.
