According to the release, a woman woke to a man standing over her bed at 6:30 am on Sunday. The man allegedly fled after she woke, though police report that a similar incident occurred just a few hours later, with a woman finding a man in her home after stepping out of the shower.

The following investigation placed Barrett as a suspect, and Sunday’s release asked the public in help locating the 20-year-old.

An update from the Calgary Police Service early Monday morning states that Barrett was located in downtown Calgary on Sunday night.
