The Alberta NDP just sent a V-Day card to BC and it's hilariously shady

There are typical Valentine’s Day cards, and then there’s this beauty from the Alberta Government.

In the spirit of the day, Rachel Notley’s NDP has sent a special V-Day “greeting” to British Columbians.

It seems that even the universal day of love is not enough to distract her government from the pipeline question. Along with a shade-throwing poem, the card also encourages people to “find someone who looks at you the way Rachel Notley looks at dogs.”

This may not have been what Notley was talking about when she said she’d be making further moves following the boycott of BC wine imports, but it clearly stems from the same grievance.

Hopefully the grown-ups will be able to stop their fighting and come to an eventual agreement, but, until then, we’ll just have to sit back and watch the mayhem unfold.

After all, isn’t that what Valentine’s Day is all about?
