Executive Director, Policy and Performance
About the job: You will provide a strategic lens to connect policy, program delivery, operations and measurement; oversee operations and ensure resources are managed effectively to provide mandated deliverables and value-added services; envision and capitalize on opportunities for continuous improvement; and mentor staff to enhance ministry and government capacity.
Salary: $136,631 to $179,559
Policy Analyst
About the job: You will play a key role in advancing the Energy and Minerals Proceedings Management Branch’s mandate by conducting in-depth research, analysis, and providing strategic policy advice on legal issues affecting the department. Working as part of the Judicial Review Team, you will support the Government of Alberta’s response to legal challenges of departmental decisions, particularly those involving oil sands royalty assessments and disputes.
Salary: $68,561 to $90,011
Rangeland Agrologist
About the job: You will manage the public land base, primarily within an assigned district, to ensure and improve the long-term sustainability of the resource, benefiting Albertans, rangeland users and the agricultural industry by maintaining a balance of development, use, and conservation.
Salary: $71,849 to $98,529
About the job: You will be primarily responsible for conducting economic research, analysis and modelling in areas such as competitiveness, job creation, trade, and investment attraction to inform strategic decision-making and program/policy development. In addition, the Economist will assist subject-matter experts across other ministries in designing innovative and complex economic models.
Salary: $68,561 to $90,011/year

Park Maintenance Supervisor
About the job: You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day maintenance and operations of one large, complex park site or multiple smaller sites. This includes supervising staff, maintaining infrastructure, coordinating equipment and utility systems, and managing service contracts.
Salary: $54,990 to $67,131
