These Vancouver homes are currently listed for under $400,000
High housing prices in Metro Vancouver are never a pretty sight, especially when it makes the thought of buying property feel impossible. And even with the ongoing pandemic, home sales and prices have improved drastically, with new records being set in October.
According to statistics released by the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver (REBGV), home sales are hovering at near record levels.

The total number of residential units sold reached 3,687 over the month, representing a 29% increase from the 2,858 sales over the same period in 2019, and a 1.2% increase from the 3,643 homes sold in September 2020.
