Vancouver International Airport has launched YVR Socks, which sells pairs of airport-themed socks as part of a charitable initiative in partnership with Covenant House.

A pair of socks will be donated to someone in need for every pair of YVR Socks purchased.

“We are so happy to launch the YVR Socks program, giving the public access to awesome airport apparel while also giving back to organizations and individuals who need it most,” reads a description on the YVR Socks website.

“Clean socks are in constant need for those living on the street, and Covenant House will distribute donated socks to youth at their Drop-In Centre, as well as hand them out on the streets to homeless youth.”

There are currently three sock designs to choose from: The Frequent Flyer, The Vancouverite, and The Celebration. Each pair is $17.95.
