Watch this guy destroy Yuu's Ramen Challenge in 56 seconds (VIDEO)

You’ve probably read about Yuu Japanese Tapas holding their first ever Ramen Challenge this past week, and from what we can see, competitors definitely brought their A-game.

The Richmond eatery were offering $5 ramen to anyone who can finish an entire bowl in less than 10 minutes during their opening hours.

And the best time during the whole challenge went to this guy, who impressively inhaled his bowl of ramen in a whopping 56 seconds.

We’d love to see the damage he could do in a hotdog eating contest.

The competition was so popular that Yuu is holding a second, more intense Hell Fire Ramen Challenge on Sunday, October 29 at 2 pm.

This competition will pit the top 10 competitors from the original challenge against each other. All of these individuals finished their ramen in three minutes or less.

The goal? Challenge each other and challenge themselves.

Competitors will be slurping and sipping to beat their own times as well as the other folks taking part in round two of the event.

Hell Fire also means hot hot hot – so this competition will likely be straight fire y’all.
