Make this the year you stick to your New Years resolution
Failing our resolutions is almost as habitual as making them.
On January 1, we set out our fitness goals – 20 squats and a 15-km run every day. By January 3, we’ve spent the last three days on the coach eating cupcakes and watching reruns of Grey’s Anatomy.
It doesn’t have to be that way this year. The YMCA has a ton of activities and programs that will keep you on track with your fitness goals, and let you have fun at the same time.
But that’s not the best part. To give you an extra boost for your resolutions, the YMCA is waiving their joiner fee during January.
