British Columbia produces some incredible wines, and we are lucky enough to live close to the source. Gray Monk is no exception, and their Pinot Blanc is an incredible find at only $14.99. It’s rare to find a great BC wine under $25, so we were thrilled to find this perfect summer white.

Food pairings
While I really do believe this wine can be drunk on its own, there is nothing wrong with pairing it with your favourite foods. I would suggest serving this at your next dinner party. Start with a fabulous cheese plate – one of my favourite things to do is go to Les Amis Du Fromage and describe the wine I’m serving and let them surprise me. Afterwards, a lemon roasted chicken would be a fabulous complement to the wine.
