Kids are getting ready to head back to school, the nights are getting cooler and summer may be on its last legs, but Windset Farms wants to give a lucky winner one last blast of summer. Enter the ‘Windset Farms’ Backyard BBQ Contest’ and you have a chance to receive a jam-packed BBQ Prize Pack, valued at over $350.
Located in Delta, Windset Farms produces a variety of greenhouse grown fruits and vegetables from tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers and more. All of their produce is Non-GMO Project verified and are grown using sustainable practices. The prize pack will include a variety of Windset Farms produce perfect for grilling and cooking with your favourite meats.
Adding to the prize pack, local companies Johnstone’s Barbecues and Rossdown Farms are throwing in a Weber Q Grill and seven whole chickens, making for the perfect backyard BBQ.
Johnstone’s Barbecues and Parts is a family-run company selling quality grills, outdoor heaters, fire tables and repair parts – and have been doing it in Metro Vancouver for the past 40 years. To celebrate the milestone, the family has now opened a second location in Surrey.
Rossdown Farms & Natural Foods is a fourth generation family business located in B.C.’s Fraser Valley. The company grows and partners with select local farmers to process and supply wholesome poultry products, including both conventional and organic chickens and turkeys.
