The breakfast menu features some our favourites like the Fricassé served in an cast iron pan with braised short ribs, balsamic cippolini onions, potatoes, watercress, fried eggs, applewood smoked cheddar as well the L’Omellette whose mushrooms were featured in the video. This dish has forest mushrooms, cave aged gruyere, roasted tomatoes, Hannah Brook mixed greens, grilled focaccia. After breakfast Chambar is also adding on an exciting lineup of seasonal lunch options (which will soon include Chambar’s famous Moules Frites).
