Win $10,000 in home renovations from FairTradeWorks

It’s hard to believe that a construction company has given away more than $30,000 to lucky Metro Vancouver residents in the past year. FairTradeWorks is a great construction service that has given away prizes, including a bathroom reno, backyard landscaping package, eight front yard facelifts and even an all-inclusive Hawaiian trip for two including helicopter rides to different islands.

Founder & President Jim Perkins says that his company’s social media followers and newsletter database have been pushing him hard for another exciting giveaway in recent weeks. “We’ve become known as the ‘fun’ company,” said Perkins. He added that FairTradeWorks set out to change owners’ construction experiences by making the process enjoyable. “You should never dread making improvements to your home or business so we thought that a good start in changing those feelings would be to offer fun contests with unforgettable prizes.”

$10,000 home renovation contest

FairTradeWorks latest contest is definitely unforgettable. Mainly because it is so simple to play and win.

The prize is a $10,000 renovation. To enter, simply go fairtradeworks.tel and fill in the form through the FairTradeWorks weblink app.

Names will be placed in a draw and one lucky homeowner will be announced on December 6 on FairTradeWorks’ Facebook page. The winner will be able to choose what they would like to renovate.

Perkins said that it can be a bathroom, kitchen or even landscaping. His construction services company has a labour pool of 400 professionals so the sky is the limit. Unlike other construction companies, FairTradeWorks does not do the building themselves, they instead act as a 3rd party and protect the client throughout their project – from planning through to completion and all steps in between.

While their service is a luxury, they are so affordable as they have trades competing for work and they can guarantee all timelines and project quotes, and they even hold funds in escrow so that nothing is paid for until the client has approved the work.

While all of the benefits of the company are easy to see, it’s actually the elimination of all of the hassles of dealing with a new home build or renovation that owners appreciate the most.

“We strive to be our clients’ chosen construction brand for life, and that isn’t easy,” said Perkins. “We have to provide incredible service, fair pricing and superior results. But it’s fun to see the look of satisfaction on their faces when we’re finished.”
