Summer is in full swing in the Fraser Valley, and there is no shortage of family-friendly programming to explore — including a series of events at a beloved shopping centre.

Dive into summertime fun at Langely’s Willowbrook Shopping Centre with its Summer in THE COURTYARD experience, a season-long event series that is free to attend and open to the public.

Willowbrook’s vibrant outdoor courtyard will host weekly events, spanning almost two months from June 27 to August 29, and there’s a wide variety of activities to enjoy.

Monday to Friday fun

So what’s in store, you ask? For Monday Fundays (1 p.m. to 3 p.m.), guests can enjoy exclusive splash zones, chalk art, bubble parties, and lawn games. Meanwhile, Wednesdays are booked for rejuvenating morning outdoor yoga sessions from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m., with free hourly classes led by Evolution Studios.

Settle into the courtyard for Friday Movie Nights, where family-friendly flicks will be shown under the stars from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Curl up with a blanket or camping chair and enjoy titles including Moana, Kung Fu Panda, and Madagascar.
