Score big with this Whitecaps-inspired 'Lenarduzzi' Cocktail

Named after Vancouver’s local soccer legend and Whitecaps FC President Bob Lenarduzzi, this crowd-pleasing cocktail will hit the spot as you cheer on our local soccer club during tonight’s match. Rich in herbal elements, this cocktail is perfectly balanced with pink grapefruit juice, sparkling wine and just the right amount of ‘kick’.

• Jigger
• Hawthorne strainer
• Fine mesh strainer

• Large collins

Ingredients

• 0.5 oz Campari
• 0.5 oz Cynar
• 0.25 oz Okanagan Springs Black Currant Liqueur
• 3 oz fresh grapefruit juice
• 1 oz sparkling wine

Method

• Combine all ingredients, except sparkling wine, in a shaker
• Add ice and shake for 15 seconds
• Double strain over ice in a large collins glass
• Top with sparkling wine
