Today marks 8 days ‘til kickoff for the Vancouver Whitecaps FC! The Whitecaps are going to pull an amazing stunt in downtown Vancouver that should attract crowds and have Vancouverites buzzing. The Whitecaps will broadcast a gigantic 3D building projection experience (including sound) on the south side of the Sears building in downtown Vancouver (Robson & Howe).
The projection will run from between 6:30pm and 7:00pm on Friday, through the night. The first 100 people to gather at the projection site on Friday at 7pm, will get a Whitecaps FC scarf as well.
The sights and sounds of the projection will literally jump out at the crowd. The technology and level of visual effect is incredible and has never been used to this level in Vancouver.
