What the most expensive FIFA World Cup tickets get you in Vancouver and Toronto

Bougie VIP tickets are now on sale for FIFA World Cup matches in Canada, and they are pricey.
A total of 13 matches will be played in Canada next year, with seven being hosted in Vancouver’s BC Place and another six at BMO Field in Toronto.
Most tickets will be sold via a lottery system that begins Sept. 10, but more expensive hospitality tickets are already available.
FIFA has listed five different tiers of luxury tickets, with each one having its own unique set of perks.
Pitchside Lounge ($5,350-$6,350)

FIFA
The most expensive tickets available for World Cup matches are the Pitchside Lounge, where you will have to pony up at least $5,350 for a group stage game and up to $6,350 for a Round of 32 match.
These tickets include premium sideline seats and champagne on arrival, along with other cocktails. Those in the Pitchside Lounge will also get access to what FIFA is calling the “exclusive selection” of drinks and a food menu dubbed the “culinary experience,” which they say is inspired by local cuisines and traditions.
Fans who purchase these tickets will also receive a premium gift, but there are no specifics on what it might be.
On-site parking is also available for those in this tier, although it is subject to availability.
VIP ($4,250-$5,350)

FIFA
After the Pitchside Lounge, VIP tickets are the next priciest item.
The most expensive go for up to $5,350 for the Round of 32, while group stage matches are as cheap as $4,250. Ticket holders will have elevated sideline seating and be given a “city-centric” welcome that includes soft drinks and champagne.
Drink options will be available through a “celebrated selection” drinks menu, while the food will be from the “flavours of tradition” menu, which apparently includes locally sourced ingredients inspired by the countries of the participating teams.
Similar to the Pitchside Lounge, fans in this tier will be given a premium gift and will have the option to park on-site. There will also be a post-match performance for VIP ticket-holders.
Trophy Lounge ($3,750-$4,840)

FIFA
The middle tier of these fancy tickets is the Trophy Lounge, which includes premium sideline seating.
Round of 32 tickets go as high as $4,840, while the cheapest group stage tickets are going for $3,750. Unlike the top two tiers, fans are given a “commemorative” gift rather than a “premium” gift. Champagne is offered upon arrival as well.
The drink selection is dubbed the “signature collection,” while the food comes from the “signature menu,” which includes dishes created by local chefs. The Trophy Lounge is also said to boast immersive experiences, photo opportunities, and live entertainment.
This is the last tier with on-site parking available to ticket holders.
Champion’s Club ($3,300-$4,350)

FIFA
As we continue to move down the list, we come to the Champions Club, with tickets that go as high as $4,350 for the Round of 32 and as low as $3,300 for group stage matches.
Ticket-holders will have preferred seating located near the lounges.
The welcome refreshments are similar to the Trophy Lounge, with champagne and soft drinks included. The beverage selection comes from a “curated offering” menu, while the food is off a “global fusion” menu, which FIFA says takes inspiration from various cuisines across the planet.
On-site parking is not available, and ticket-holders will receive a commemorative gift.
FIFA Pavilion ($2,500-$3,215)

FIFA
The lowest tier of luxury tickets is the FIFA Pavilion, which still goes as high as $3,215 for the Round of 32 and as low as $2,500 for the group stage.
Those in this tier will get an experience outside of the stadium, while having preferred seating that is available in various locations inside the stadium. It draws from the same curated offering beverage menu that the Champions Club uses.
The food menu is called “gourmet street eats,” which is said to include classic street food with local flavours from both host cities and competing nations. There is no mention of champagne on arrival, with that section just saying there will be a “match day festive welcome” for those in the FIFA Pavilion.
