The Westin Bayshore has launched its first annual Long Table Dinner Series and now you have a chance to be a part of it.
Set on the resort’s brand new courtyard patio, these al fresco dining experiences take place in tranquil gardens along the Coal Harbour seawall.
The resort’s Executive Chef Joe Campo creates unique five-course menus that artfully pair with wines and beers. Each dinner is in partnership with a local winemaker or brewmaster, and offers a unique take on ingredients and pairings.
Tickets are $155 per person (including tax and gratuity) and are available for purchase here.
August 25 – with Mission Hill Family Estate Winery
A five-course Winemaker’s Long Table Dinner paired with Mission Hill Family Estate Winery’s extremely limited Terroir Collection Wines presented by winemaker Darryl Brooker.
September 29 – with Averill Creek Winery
Partnering with wines from Cowichan Valley’s Averill Creek Winery. Chef Joe Campo has designed a five-course meal that pairs exquisite culinary samplings with beautiful wines that truly highlight the terroir of the Vancouver Island Appellation.
