'Finish this': Skeleton of West Vancouver home listed for $4.5M seeks new owner

An unfinished West Vancouver home has been listed for sale, and it seeks a new owner who can get the build across the finish line.
4652 Clovelly Walk has been listed for $4,588,000. The land that the property is being built upon is valued at $2,859,000 by BC Assessment.
“Incredible opportunity to take over and finish this Craig Chevalier-designed residence,” the listing says. It adds that if the new buyer doesn’t vibe with the current plans, you can “bring your own vision to life in one of West Vancouver’s most prized locations.”
The future owner of this unfinished home, which is located near the Caulfield area of West Vancouver, will have a lot to work with. The current property that’s under construction is 7,593 sq. ft. on top of a massive lot of 21,395 sq. ft. The listing includes a render of what the completed project could look like with the current vision in mind.

To entice buyers, the listing says the home holds the potential to be one of the most beautiful homes in the area. It also states that it would offer every feature imaginable.

The current specs call for a four-bedroom and seven-bathroom home.
According to Zealty, the property was last sold in 2020 for $2,400,000. Since then, the home has been listed twice, including the current listing. Before the most recent listing, the property was listed for $4,998,000. That listing was terminated last week before the latest listing went up.
The property has also gained some traction on social media.
